Who we are

This website belongs to Enso, 124-126 Brick Lane, London E1 6RU, run by Enso Lounge Ltd (company number 15513211, registered in England and Wales). For anything about your data, email info@enso-london.co.uk or call 020 7247 4771.

What we collect and why

• Event enquiries. If you use the enquiry form, we receive your name, phone number, date and event details by email. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and plan your event.
• WhatsApp, phone and email. If you contact us this way, we keep the conversation so we can help with your booking.
• Table bookings. Online bookings are handled by our booking partner, whose own privacy policy applies.

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them for your booking, and we never sell them. This website is hosted by Vercel, and enquiry form emails are delivered by our email provider, Resend. Both handle your details only to provide those services to us.

Cookies

This website works without cookies. Our visitor statistics are counted without cookies and without identifying you.

If you choose Accept on our cookie banner, we also load Meta’s pixel. It sets cookies that let Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tell us which of our ads led to a visit or an enquiry. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, nothing from Meta is loaded. You can change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

Maps and links

Our map is an image stored on this website, so viewing it shares nothing with anyone. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and our booking partner take you to their sites, where their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Contact us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
